Kids will love seeing the hundreds of turtles being raised for release at the NOAA Fisheries Service Galveston Laboratory. A one hour tour is provided several times a day on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday without a reservation. The guide will give a brief informal description of their work and then allow the group to look at the many tanks used to raise the turtles in preparation for release.
