Back in the early '90s, MTV's Headbangers Ball aired segments of Anthrax eating dinner at Brandy Ho's with Riki Rachtman. Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails also calls Brandy Ho's one of his favorite eating spots. Local musician/singer-songwriter  Mark Kozelek of Red House Painters and Sun Kil Moon also frequents the restaurant with friends to enjoy their Hunanese Whole Fish.
