Commonly called the African Market, the Malcolm Shabazz Harlem Market is open daily at 10AM.  The market stretches between 115th and 116th Streets and encompasses a warren of tiny shops selling African inspired costumes, jewelry, music, hair and skin care products, beadwork and carvings.
