Traditional Japanese dining in a beautiful, authentic Japanese environment is what you can expect at EN Japanese Brasserie, located in the West Village of Manhattan. Many of the dishes are based on the most fundamental building blocks of Japanese cooking and use organic produce whenever possible.
The chef, Yasuhiro Honma, has created an extensive a la carte menu offering a variety of shared dishes such as; fresh tofu (made ever hour and a half), saikyo miso black cod, stone grilled wagyu and a range of high quality sushi and sashimi to let you explore a range of cooking and experience what many refer to as "modern izakaya" or as they refer to as "Japanese Brasserie." In addition he has also created a signature EN Kaiseki set menu, a sequence of eight dishes composed to compliment each ones individual highlights. The sake sommelier, Takahiro Okada, has developed a long sake and shochu list of delicious and small-batch, artisanal bottles to accompany you on your experience.
The restaurant also offers private rooms for special events, corporate dinners, birthday parties, private parties or private dining.
